A cuban restaurant in Chicago was the first time I ate Cuban bread and I was hooked. I think this recipe is the most authentic one I have found and can hardly wait to try it. Please keep the recipes coming and since I weigh my ingredients, it helps to have the metric weights. When I make mine, I will try to take a photo and post it.

Hi I am new to 'Baking Babes', I love the idea of 'Cuban Bread', so quick, easy, foolproof?
