This sounds an intriguing recipe - I've only ever had bread pudding as in the English bread and butter version, smothered in eggy richness. I like the sound of this lean and juicy one!
I'll have to wait for our winter now to try it - oranges are completely out of season here now, even though you can get them, but they lack the flavour and juiciness of winter fresh oranges.
