Let’s do it healthy – Chocolate and Cinnamon Oats Smoothie
CHOCOLATE AND CINNAMON OATS SMOOTHIE
1 serving
3 tbsp oats
3-4 tbsp milk
100 ml/ 0,42 cup natural yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 strawberry
honey can be added for those of you who like life extra sweet
Put the oats in a small bowl and add the milk, leave to soften up for about 10 minutes.
Put yogurt, oats mix, banana, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a mixer and run until smooth.
Top with a sliced strawberry and serve with more fresh strawberry slices.
