 This is really a quick post because today I am working on shooting my monthly contribution to Sale & Pepe and I really did the photos for this post because I wanted to test out the light settings, this is a smoothie I have been doing for a while and as it is quick and easy to make, it was the ideal food to shoot on a busy day like this!

Chocolate and Cinnamon Oats Smoothie-4

1 serving

3 tbsp oats
3-4 tbsp milk
100 ml/ 0,42 cup natural yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 strawberry
honey can be added for those of you who like life extra sweet

   Put the oats in a small bowl and add the milk, leave to soften up for about 10 minutes.

   Put yogurt, oats mix, banana, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a mixer and run until smooth.

   Top with a sliced strawberry and serve with more fresh strawberry slices.
