Today it's all about photography!
This is like a guessing game, how many do you recognize? Me three. Or maybe four.
I love these photos, romantic abandon. I like abandoned things and houses, there is always something beautiful to find.
Isn't this how we all would like to be now and then, there but not there.
I spent 7 years of my childhood in the extreme north of Sweden (in Kiruna) and though I obviously didn't live like a same, I recognize the nature and the people. We had Same friends who shared their lives and traditions with us, giving us a unique insight into a different culture.
These portraits are beyond brilliant with their play on the person portrayed and how he is portrayed.

ReplyDeleteYour photos are stunning, icy yet warm and most definitely moving. Thanks for sharing the work of other brilliant photographers and it makes me sad that JP stopped shooting. One day I will show you the black @ white portraits he used to shoot. And I recognized most of the sandwiches! Yay!
