How to use a park
So we are in Sweden now and it feels good, a slow life where my major occupation is to think about what we are going to eat and where the whole family do things together or just stay around talking about this and that. Although we are going to some parties too, the first is on Saturday, a big 0 birthday party of one of my dearest friends in a restaurant on a small island in the archipelago of Stockholm and I hope it wont be raining because I want to take a lot of photos to show you how beautiful it is. But until then you can look at these images from the beautiful churchyard of Uppsala; I have always had a love for churchyards since my early teens, I find them peaceful and here in Sweden they are usually full of trees and flowers which make them alive and a place of the eternal cycle of life and death.

Hope you're having a great time!
ReplyDeleteA truly beautiful place, skillfully photographed!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the "postcard"!
I loved Uppsala. I remember a beautiful church there, where we stopped to look around and rest. It was right next to the University. We walked in and a young man was practicing on the organ and it was a wonderful, almost mystical experience sitting there, looking around and listening to the music. I love Sweden and am happy you are having a lovely time. Really look forward to seeing the pictures of the party, the archipelago of Stockholm is another amazing place.
