This is a food-and-photo blog where I try to capture my own experience of Italy through various recipes and photographs of what I eat and what I see. Me? I'm Swedish but living in Tuscany since 1994.

Thanks for the photos. The “pretty” fall is now gone and we’re getting that cold rainy November weather happening. No leaves, no flowers. I can’t wait for some snow to brighten up the place. It’s all gray.

You found some colourful Autumn mood images! The skies are grey here too, the only comfort, I have to work indoors anyway (still, I would prefer to look out at golden leaves playing in the sun!).
I leave you with two golden November images, some of the last ones I took this fall, one in Vienna, the other in Salzburg.
I hope blue skies will greet you again soon!

Thank you, I really needed that. It has been raining here in Milan for weeks now too…

Ilva!

Grey there. But bursting with colour on this side of the world. We could do with your photography skills. http://www.thefieldofgold.blogspot.com
