We spent some time in Mugello area which is situated in the Apennine part of Tuscany the other day, lovely place so I wanted to share some images with you. We were quite high up at 700 meters so we escaped the humid heat down on the planes.
Stupendo! We nearly ended up in Mugello years ago. Lovely pictures! Lovely memories! Reminds me of Umbria. I like to be close to a mountaneous area. At any time of the year. Enjoy July! Bacione, Ingrid in Umbria
A great idea to take a drive up in the mountains to escape the heat of summer, and see beautiful scenery. Of your photos, I like the curved top old wooden door, and the photo with the two cats lying on the stone steps; they know how to keep cool! :)
I have become the a bad blogger because I either forget or I don't have the time to answer your comments but that does not mean that I don't read or appreciate them, quite the opposite really. The generosity that shines through what you write and the fact that you take the time to comment on my posts makes my blogging worthwhile so Thank You for what you do for me and please keep on commenting!
Glorious! Like the sound of escaping the plains :) it would be lovely to be able to enjoy the outdoors right now.
