ROSEMARY SCENTED CHICKEN MEATBALLS or POLPETTINE DI POLLO CON ROSMARINO

Rosemary

One of the things that I got now when all the stuff from my parents arrived was a meat grinder. I have been wanting one for many years now and now I am the happy owner of a old-fashioned, hand driven Husqvarna meat grinder and it feels good. Now I will be able to make minced meat from all sorts of meats and mix as I want, something I have been longing to do because it is not always so easy to get exactly what you want in the shops. The first thing I did was these rosemary scented chicken meatballs, so simple yet tasty and even Marco who definitely doesn’t like chicken approved of them. That I took as high praise.
