After 2,5 years of blogging Blogger has decided that Lucullian is a possible spam blog, all I say is that if that was case it’s a bit late now. But in a way I am a spammer, a word and photo spammer, filling the virtual world with words and photos that are not really needed, they are there for my own sole benefit! At least I don’t make any money out of it. And I will continue to spam the universe ha! It’s like a drug….

Over at Hank’s blog Hunter Angler Gardener Cook you can find the four ingredients for this month’s Paper Chef. I wont tell you anything but I don’t think they are too difficult to do something with! Get going and cook!

New horizons have opened up here now with tasty sweet tomatoes and vegetables in general taste so much more that I just want to enjoy the novelty of it. So I eat things like this – easy, quick and good:

FRESH TOMATO AND BELL PEPPER SOUP WITH GREEN CHILI PEPPERS

FRESH TOMATO AND BELL PEPPER SOUP WITH GREEN CHILI PEPPERS or MINESTRA CRUDA DI POMODORI, PEPERONI E PEPERONCINI

4-6 sweet, mature and tasty tomatoes
1 medium sweet red bell pepper
1 small sweet onion
as much fresh green chili pepper as you like
chopped parsley
salt
extra virgin olive oil

– Put all the vegetables in a mixer and run until smooth.
– Add salt and a little olive oil.
– Stir and serve.
