STRAWBERRIES WITH GINGER AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR or FRAGOLE CON LO ZENZERO E ACETO BALSAMICO

Now there is one thing that I often wonder about and I am almost sure that I have been going on about it here before, it is this thing about how one experiences time. How many times haven’t I experienced the 4-5 minutes it takes to drive down to our village as completely different, sometimes it seems to go in a swish and sometimes I could swear it took me like 20 minutes. And the difference between how fast I drive, sometimes I have to control myself so that I don’t get a speeding ticket, only to find myself incapable to even reach the speed limit the day after. And I am not talking about being in a hurry, it just seems as if I live time (and speed is a measure of time) differently and I just can’t explain it to myself, do you have any explanations to offer? I just think time must be elastic.

OK, now over to something that is determined by time, Paper Chef. Even if you have seen different dates, the Paper Chef will take place this weekend, the first weekend of the month is the time for the Paper Chef. So tomorrow you have to steer over to Caroline over at cooking up a storm to find out the ingredients, I hope I will be able to participate this month and I hope you too will do that! Be daring! See her initial announcement here.

Soon, very soon the strawberry season will be here and there are already strawberries for sale here and there and being such a weak person I just couldn’t resist and bought some the other day. yes I know but ….
