CHICKEN OR TURKEY ROLLS WITH MOZZARELLA AND GREAN BEANS

This is not the most exiting dish in the world to post but maybe it will help solving someone's problem of what to cook for dinner. Creating and cooking food is very much related to how I feel so I suppose you might feel the same. The worse I feel, the less I cook and if I cook, I usually cook the same old boring stuff, tried and re-tried since years back. There's been a lot of that type of cooking lately but now I begin to get ideas again when I see ingredients and I cannot deny I'm relieved, it's just so boring just to stand there day after day and wonder what to do. And sometimes it's a dish like this that turns it all around for me, you know, a dish with possibilites, that invites you to make it because it's simple, fresh or maybe just makes you want to eat and if you do not have those precise ingredients, you can use what you have around.





CHICKEN OR TURKEY ROLLS WITH MOZZARELLA AND GREAN BEANS

Slices of chicken and turkey
Mozzarella cut into thin sticks
Cooked green beans
Fresh oregano
Salt
Black peppar
Extra-virgin olive oil

- Put the slices of chicken/turkey on a cutting board, salt and pepper them before putting mozzarella, 3-4 green beans and fresh oregano on top.
- Roll up the slices and fasten with tooth picks.
- Sauté-braise (one first, the other later) for about 7-10 minutes. Turn them round so that they are evenly cooked.
