ORANGE AND ANISEED COOKIES or BISCOTTI DI ARANCIA E ANICE

It feels a bit stupid to catch a cold when spring is here but so it is. Here I am on a Sunday morning with a lot of good intentions but feeling very low on energy so I think I just listen to my body today and not to my mind. Not so easy nowadays, I used to be so good at doing nothing but now I realize that I’m in constant move and I really find that sad. I regret my lost capacities but I haven’t given in to it, today I’m going to pose resistance to the urge to do useful things and only do enjoyable ones. My anticold concoction is brewing and I have a pile of books waiting to be read-that’s not bad at all.
