RAVANELLI CON ACETO BALSAMICO or RADISHES WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

ravanello1

This dish is so simple that I'm sure that you have already seen it or eaten it a thousand times but in case there is a single person who hasn't, I'm posting it anyway! Sometimes I like the peppery taste of radishes but sometimes it just feels too strong, I wonder why there are days and days like that but as long as I have solutions like this, I don't care that much. The balsamic vinegar softens the strong taste and the radish gets sweeter and it's crunchy texture becomes it's more prominent trait instead.
