Do I mention yesterday’s great event on the sport’s front? No, I think there have been said too much already. So we have to turn to the recipe more or less straight away because I don’t have much to say today. I just want to lie on my bed and read and maybe doze off a bit. And as soon as I have finished here, I’m going to at least try to do that. I really dislike this new kind of person who has come to possess me, a person who can’t really relax but is always moving around, doing little things. Maybe I could accept her if she really managed to do something useful but she doesn’t even do that. Just fussing around, combining very little. But I have decided to fight back-if I’m going to do nothing I want to do it alla grande! So today therapy consists of reading when I could do something useful.

UOVA RIPIENE DI MORTADELLA E CETRIOLO or EGGS FILLED WITH MORTADELLA AND CUCUMBER
1 egg=1 person, more or less
1 hard-boiled egg
1 thin slice of mortadella
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp very finely diced cucumber
1 tsp chopped parsley
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt if needed
- Divide the egg in two and take out the yolk, put it in a small bowl and mash it properly.
- Chop the mortadella finely and add it to the bowl together with the mayonnaise, the cucumber, the parsley and the pepper. Mix it well and salt it if needed.
- Form little balls the size of an egg yolk and put them into the whole of the egg whites.
- Serve.

I have become the a bad blogger because I either forget or I don't have the time to answer your comments but that does not mean that I don't read or appreciate them, quite the opposite really. The generosity that shines through what you write and the fact that you take the time to comment on my posts makes my blogging worthwhile so Thank You for what you do for me and please keep on commenting!
