Fresh garlic

Today I bought fresh garlic for the first time this year and I just couldn’t resist making these crostini with fresh and soft goat’s cheese, fresh oregano and fresh garlic for lunch! The garlic has a milder taste than the one we usually use but it smells a lot more, I could feel the garlic all over the car when I drove home and it was lovely! So now I’m going to bring out my Italian cookbooks and see what I can do with them…
